Growing Career Paths, Sustainably

At peachmonsoon, we're more than just a career development platform - we're your partners in creating meaningful professional journeys that align with environmental values. Founded in 2015 in Brandon, Manitoba, we've helped hundreds of professionals find their place in the eco-tourism and sustainable travel industries.

Our roots in Canada's natural beauty inspire everything we do, from our teaching methods to the careers we help create.

Our Mission & Values

We believe career development shouldn't come at the cost of our planet. That's why we've made it our mission to bridge the gap between professional growth and environmental stewardship through specialized training and placement in eco-tourism.

What started as a small training program for local guides has grown into a comprehensive platform that connects sustainable businesses with talented individuals who share their values. We don't just teach skills—we foster a mindset where career success and environmental responsibility go hand-in-hand.

Our approach isn't like traditional career services. We take the time to understand both our clients and partner organizations, creating matches that last because they're built on shared values and genuine passion. Some might call this old-fashioned—we call it the future of meaningful work.

Emma Wilson

Founder & Lead Career Strategist

Emma founded peachmonsoon after spending 12 years in the eco-tourism industry, where she saw firsthand the need for professionals who understood both business growth and environmental preservation. With a background in environmental science and business development, she's helped over 200 professionals find their place in sustainable careers.

When she's not connecting people with their dream jobs, you'll find her kayaking on Manitoba's lakes or volunteering with local conservation efforts. Emma believes that the right career doesn't just pay the bills—it contributes to the world we want to create.
